There are moments that make me think I'm listening to an after school special with seriously adult themes, but overall, I enjoyed this story and look forward to all of Abbi Glines' books. Harlow's not doing much better but I guess it was a bit more understandable as to why she was staying away.

Abbi Glines gave us a fantastic series, each one absolutely loved but Grant just has always stood out for me, above Woods and yes, even Rush (ducks and hides). I still don’t completely get why people dislike Nan and why the other characters treat her the way they do, but what she did for Harlow did was really nice.I know Abby tries to make Harlow seem 'strong' but how could I, especially, when she sees Nan kissing Grant in front of her and Harlow doesn't do a thing? no one understands how hard it is to have a heart problems it isn't easy and Harlow has over came so much in her life.

Grant begs and pleads and wins his Harlow back but for me it was like bam you’re cured of being an ass, a bit too quick or Blaire and Rush are that good with their advice. And Harlow thinking she live just based off wanting to be there for her child…hope can go a long way, but again, her pregnancy could very will kill her, and hope can’t overcome that. He was such an ass in the previous book but he changed a lot here and became a better man for Harlow. In the end of the last book Harlow runs away, after Grant finding out her secret and having a bad reaction. I think One More Chance is better than Take a Chance because the development of the main characters here was greatly emphasized.

Harlow heart condition is a scary thing which I have lived through as well so this story touched me so deeply. have my feeling changed towards her NO not really BUT maybe she needs to feel the love of a great person, and that she gets her own HEA. When he discovered the truth behind her sheltered upbringing, it shattered their relationship, but the secret she carries now has far greater consequences. How can I believe Harlow could stand up for herself when she hears Nan's friends talk bad about her and instead of confronting them, she runs away? But it’s also the strength of friendship you see in this book that makes you have all the warm and fuzzes.
