However in " ...Now On with the Show!" after Natasha's performance was sabotaged from the perfume sent being turned on and malfunctioned, Amaya was looking for River, she asked Luna and Natasha if they have seen him, after they found each other they hugged on the stairs, then they stopped and give each other a smile, showing that they might be on good terms. From the beginning, Ruby only saw Amaya as Bella's replacement and nothing else. Alongside Jade, she held a grudge against Amaya in spite of her trying to convince Ruby otherwise. Her opinion was mostly changed however when Amaya introduced her to the Color Change Chamber, which made Ruby realize Amaya's talents and skills she can truly bring to the group.
