I spent most of this book, like I did with their other titles, unsure who to trust and what each reveal could mean. While Marissa's confession may mean the end of her marriage, Avery senses more going on between these two than just infidelity. Even before I started listening to the audiobook (and reading the Ebook at my gym) I had a suspicion of where this story would go. Professional magicians are masters of misdirection, and like them, the dynamic duo that composes Greer Hendricks are skilled at leading your mind in a wild goose chase of whodunit.I'm actually so overwhelmed by the sheer amount of audacity and dumbassery these characters displayed, I don't know where to start. But she's having doubts about her eccentric ten step program working with her new clients, Marissa and Mathew.
